I ordered Lunch inside, and our waiter Ariel was Very helpful and polite. The food was good and boy we were hungry. He also served us breakfast by the pool and again was very accommodating and made sure all went smooth! Took very good care of us!!!Thank you!!! We appreciate good service!! Thanks again Ariel

Staff amazing!! Only complaint took an hour to get car from vallet parking one morning. Clean hotel beach front is amazing. Pool very clean. Every staff member said hi opened doors for me ext. will definitely be back couldn’t beat the service for the price.

Beautiful. Ariel is the best!!!!! Best birthday ever. The Sagamore is lovely. Our stay was perfect and positive and pleasing. My partner and I are visiting from Philadelphia and have enjoyed MIA each and every time we have visited. Thanks.

I attend a yearly event hosted at The Sagamore and I can not rave enough about their entire hotel staff! This was my 3rd year in a row going and the hospitality has always been top notch! Ariel continues to always be so accommodating and helpful, he's our favorite and we always look forward to seeing him when we come!! Shelly & Melvin at the front desk were so kind and helpful as well, and Shelly is so sweet, I definitely look forward to seeing them next year as well! Special thank you to the cleaning staff and bellman as well, so fast and so careful with all of my belongings, I truly appreciate it!! Definitely my favorite place to stay in Miami!
