This was my first time visiting and will definitely return! I sat by the pool and was served by Erica. I was informed that she was training, however, I could never tell that she was a server in training. She did an awesome job being attentive of my needs and needs of others in the area she was assigned to. Also, she anticipated the needs of each guest and always had a smile.

If you are looking for a first class experience, The Standard is the only place to go! Jackie was amazing! So friendly and professional. I had one of the best deep tissue massages of my life. She listened to where I had issues and attacked them. I feel like a new person!

We had an epic birthday celebration at the Standard Hotel last Saturday (May 11). The venue is stunning and the Standard team was wonderful with the coordination and execution. Special shoutouts to Maria Mondragon and Michael Ciaccio who planned with me way ahead of my birthday. They really did everything they could to make me feel comfortable with the planning. The ambassador Fabio was very welcoming. The serving team including Rudy and the other two team members were wonderful during the event. This is definitely the No. 1 spot in Miami, and now I understand why every local loves this place.

Jackie Lombo in the spa was incredible and provided excellent service. She was friendly, professional, and amazing at what she does. I received the soul temple body treatment and it far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back to see everyone in the spa again and I highly recommend her!

Great service today. Erica is just starting but will be a great addition to the crew! We love sitting by the pool and get drinks brought to us, so good service is very important. The pool and hot tub and plunge pool never fail to impress and we will be back! (This is probably our 8th trip to the Standard)
