I had an interaction with Jonathon and PJ, and they were the greatest ever. They deserve a raise. They work for the beach chair rental and umbrellas. They were kind and go above and beyond. They didn’t stop working and were great people to converse with. They didn’t complain once about working hard in the heat. They deserve a promotion.

Hotel is wonderful. Took yoga with Willa from Finesse who was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Very unexpected and she was incredible. Hotel overall has been great, good service, beautiful big room, lovely pool area and beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Our trip/stay was exemplary much in part due to the guest services teams. Ado & Caroline were especially superb. Customer service was top notch; they accommodated us well at every step. We will definitely be coming back here to stay. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This is a beautiful cozy hotel. Caroline at the front desk was amazing she set the experience up perfectly at check in. Felt warm and caring. The rooms are a bit small but i’m sure that’s because of how the building was originally built. The pool and courtyard is beautiful . will definitely stay here again.

Louis was amazing, kind, and sweet - super attentive, kind, and really made our stay enjoyable! He made sure we had a great stay and felt like family. We had a special event and he made it even more special. I can’t wait to come back and see him again!
