Over Priced Because of Junk Fees.
I used to live in Miami back in the 70's. The Mutiny Hotel used to be a swanky and happening place back in those days. No more. The little restaurant and bar are nice but only a vestige of those long ago days. We spent 3 nights in that hotel because it was reasonably close to U of Miami Hospital, where a family member was undergoing surgery. The hotel was basically ok, but the $30 per day parking fee and the surprise "resort fee" of @ $30 really made it over priced imo. The staff was nice. Coconut Grove itself is no longer the fun place it used to be. I would advise anyone to just avoid Miami and Miami Beach, if possible. "It is too crowded and nobody goes there anymore" .

Second time I stay in this hotel, and I can say that every thing is nice : - helpful and respectful staff - clean hotel , room etc … - absolutely fantastic location - coconut grove is a very quite and clean area - lot of CVS nearby… - kitchen, etc is perfect for a family stay The only suggestion I can give is : the bathroom don’t have any hand grab rail and it s slippery…

Great hotel
We stayed at this hotel in Sept 2023.The grounds are very well kept and the hotel is beautiful inside.We had. 2 bedroom,2 bathroom suite with a kitchenette.It was spotless.The hotel staff were fantastic and the small restaurant inside the hotel has very good food and the staff was also great.We would definitely stay there again.Thanks for the great stay at your hotel.

The perfect Staycation in the Grove/Gables
A hidden gem! I recently stayed at The Mutiny Hotel while doing home improvements and loved it. Suites are spacious, nicely decorated, clean, and great views! Location is perfect, steps from the bay and Coco Walk. I took advantage of exploring the many new and amazing restaurants. Special shout out to Raisa and Isaura for providing exceptional service. I can't wait to come back!

Lots of room and facilities
This hotel room was so much more than we expected, with a kitchen, a living area, one bedroom and bathroom with loads of storage. Ideal for a long stay. Pool area pleasant enough, no nearby beach that we could find anyway. Comfortable beds and good reception staff.
