Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Milan. The hotel is tucked away on a side street right off the fashion district, and our room had a view out to the spires of the Duomo. The room was great: comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, lots of closet space. Even better was the indoor pool and spa area in the basement — it was soothing to swim and relax there, especially after we arrived from the hubbub of Rome. I also need to mention the breakfast buffet: very nice range of options, including the best pastry selection of anywhere we stayed in our 2 weeks in Italy.

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Milan stands out as one of the best hotels I've experienced. Its prime location just 5 minutes from the Duomo is unbeatable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding a personal touch to the stay. The spa facilities are also top-notch, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. Overall, a truly exceptional experience, earning it a solid 10 on my scale of excellence.

This hotel is magnificent in every way. There isn’t one thing that I would ask to be changed. I’ve stayed in many Milan hotels over the years and this was the best. The staff were so helpful and made every effort to insure that our stay was perfect. Restaurant recommendations, things to do, travel accommodations were all easy with their help. Only hotel I plan to return to in Milan.

During our recent family stay, we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel‘s central location made shopping, sightseeing and visiting restaurants very easy. The connecting rooms were modern and comfortable, perfect for our two kids. The staff's kindness and the excellent breakfast each morning added to the delight of our experience. Top-notch service all around!

The picture of the front of the hotel looks like a hidden gem and I thought it will be a quiet place for good nights of sleep. However, I stayed in a room facing the street and woke up with car noise, honking, and construction. The staff member here are so nice and welcoming. Housekeepers were generous when providing water and supplies. I do wish some maintenances be done to the room such as clogged sink drain, and change the batteries of the scale. The towels smell so good and there were plenty of towels in the room. Good space in the bathroom and places to hang used towel. The gym is a bit small but equipments were new and great. Shower pressure was strong. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best. We also tried their restaurant and had the BEST risotto and pasta we ever had.
