Good hotel and staff. I remember the welcome Smile from Ms Gilda who she treated us like Mums at home. Keep active and the warm real smile. I like the stay the room the staff and the location , excellent breakfast with GILDO welcome real and lovely smile.

We have stayed for a long weekend and were just surprised by the professionally of the staff. Especially by the Concierge Julia, who is a Star of her own! She's just brilliant in organizing Tables at Bars/Restaurants. Thank you so much for this! We will come back for sure!

Wonderful stay! Clean, spacious Junior suite with Duomo view. Great balcony! Room came with all amenities one could ask for. Breakfast was fantastic. Weah did an amazing job offering and preparing traditional Italian coffee for us. Staff was phenomenal and even prepared a birthday surprise for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Very good service , good breakfast. The rooms are clean and wide We had birthday, the team surprised use with nice cakes Sofia , Isabella ad Stefania give us a great welcome breakfast. I would come back again to this hotel on my next visit in Milan

Location was perfect. Price was excellent for location, quality of accommodation and size of room! For European standards, this hotel was beyond in terms of the room size and lobby size etc. Delicious and abundant breakfast. Best hotel stayed in on the trip to Europe.
