It was a cool hotel and the customer service is great. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chiara (Guest Relations) who managed our request in a very professional and quick way. The hotel location of the hotel is good but you always need to reserve before going to any restaurant in the neighborhood, so we ended up having our dinner in the hotel even though the menu choices were limited. I would highly recommend that the restaurant extend their dinner options

Absolutely modern infrastructure. The rooms are very small and compact and gives a very childlike vibe. The interiors are absolutely against my choice. There's a funny looking table with no chair and weird pink curtains. The best part was the espresso maker and cute little take away cups. The bed was absolutely comfortable and it was neat.

Really cool hotel in a cool neighborhood, with industrial look-and-feel. Spacious room, phenomenal bathroom. Not the best to work (there was no desk), but for that you just go to the lobby. Helpful and friendly staff. A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station. Decent breakfast. Great if you want to discover Milan and want to stay away from the cookie-cutter hotels in the touristic areas.

Nice and friendly stuff, nice hotel in a good area of Milano. When we are in Milano we are always in this hotel. Since last year they also have a nice rooftop with small pools to refresh. Always happy to visit this place.
