Reviews for Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa

Warm welcome in Milan’s greatest hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Superb 4th stay in 12 months. We love coming here. We spend a couple of summer months in La Morra each yr. plus take the small trip from Ripon, Yorkshire to Milan. Regularly. We’ve used PP for just over 12 months. And the staff and team make this beautiful hotel ‘Best in Set’ for Milan. Whilst we get tempted by the other high quality hotel properties in central Milan and have tried 1 or 2 BUT at the end of the day it’s the staff that make a hospitality business. The cook, the cleaner, the doorman greeting, the reception desks of the restaurant, of the Spa, of the Hotel Reception, the concierge. Etc. then the housekeeper, the room service waiter etc looking happy, welcoming and warm. brilliant. John

Wonderful service and hospitality

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 months ago

The most comfortable living that I’ve ever had in Milan. Comfortable location in Brera. In the hotel you feel like in your own castle 🏰 the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. In rooms it’s always clean and quiet. I want to mention the kindness and hospitality of Mattia and Paolo. Definitely recommend to choose Palazzo Parigi as a place of staying in Milan.❤️

A Great Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 months ago

We chose the hotel due to its location , and our stay at this Milanese hotel was exceptional .Starting at the checkin desk ,to the room with a lovely balcony and the gorgeous interior and decor the hotel was top notch .The breakfast buffet had innumerable diverse options which were fresh and delicious .We ate dinner twice and both times the dishes were authentic and made to perfection .The spa is beautiful ,,offering a multitude of treatments and the massage I had was one of the best in my experience thanks to Ms Jada . The icing on the cake is the outstanding staff at this hotel .

Great Hotel, but don't visit in August.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 months ago

The hotel is classic and very beautiful. The hallways are done in Venitian plaster! The dining and bar areas are inviting! Our room was beautiful and well appointed. The bedding was delicious. The bathroom spacious. The service was exceptional, and intuitive. The dining experience was great. Dinner, breakfast, and room service were all very good. The location is convenient to major tourist attractions and great shopping (although most of the unique, non chain stores were closed as we were there during August vacation-my mistake...duh!) The name of the property is ironic because the "spa" was closed for the entire stay. How do you shutdown the signature feature of the hotel? Big miss. The concierge was very helpful, but their dinner recommendation was our worst meal in our 10 day Italy stay. The "Stendhal" was a tasteless tourist trap
