Park Hyatt Milan

Located just steps from The Galleria and The Duomo, The Park Hyatt Milano really puts you in the middle of sights, shopping and dining. Elegant in design and intimate in feel, this is an ideal combination for a discerning traveler. The staff - everyone from the bell desk to the front desk & concierge, to housekeeping and the spa attendants - were all so engaging and warm. The rooms are stylish and modern. Gorgeous building that has been thoroughly renovated and extensively upgraded. Way more character and charm than a typical corporate hotel. The spa downstairs is beautiful. We had massages and they were excellent. Would definitely return here the next time we're in Milan.

Exceptional hotel in a wonderful location. The best. This lovely hotel is a short walk to the Duomo and the Galleria plus many of the neighborhoods in Milan. It is everything you would expect from a five star hotel.but be prepared to pay a lot. We were disappointed that breakfast—even a continental one— was not included in our high room rate. Special kudos to Stefano at the front door who greeted us warmly on arrival, was extremely helpful with our baggage, kind during our stay,and attentive for our departure.Thank you Stefano for taking such good care of us.

Our stay was for 4 nights , we stayed at a junior suit . Simply exceptional experience , Location , mattress , , service ,and amenities simply unmatched . The service and the attention to details is quiet impressive . I would say its not cheap but value for money its a good deal

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the get-go. They offered me an incredible upgrade, and it was luxurious! The espresso served while I was waiting was the creamiest I had in Italy this trip. The spa services were relaxing and luxurious -- the therapist was kind and responsive to my needs. THe facility was clean and they set the mood so well -- relaxing music and lighting. I cannot wait to stay here agin!

We love Park Hyatt Milan! We were lucky to get upgraded to a suite which was recently renovated. The bathroom and bedroom were well designed and modern. Bed was comfortable. The service was impressive. It’s very convenient in terms of location. We shopped in the galleria and the stores we visited could bring our purchases to the hotel directly without us carrying branded bags around the city. After we finished Michelin dinner at MO, our bags awaited in our room. Comparing with other hotels I think Park Hyatt is the best. We could easily shop and returned to hotel without the need of a long journey. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and the hot food was tasty. The only down side was that the spa service was not that impressive. The staff who massaged my husband kept coughing which made us felt a bit uncomfortable. There was no clear sign on rooms so a man bumped into the ladies changing room at one stage, which was quite embarrassing. Can skip the spa if you aren’t desperate for a massage. Hope this spa can also get an upgrade (both in terms of facility and service) if possible to match the high standard of the hotel itself. Anyway we do love Park Hyatt Milan and we look forward to returning to this hotel again.
