Reviews for Park Hyatt Milan
Service issues
A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, with elegant rooms and a high standard in many areas. However, service fell below expectations on more than one occasion. A taxi arranged through the hotel was poorly managed, with an inaccurate wait time and no follow-up or alternative offered, which resulted in arriving late to a dinner reservation. Additionally, on another day the room had not been serviced by early evening despite being out since the morning. Both issues were raised during the stay but were not resolved in real time. A follow-up was provided after departure along with a gesture, which was appreciated, but at this level a more proactive approach during the stay would have been expected. Overall, a very nice property, but service consistency and recovery need to better match the price point.

Probably the best hotel in Milan
Our stay was a perfection. We were very lucky to enjoy a Terrace Suite, that was probably the best hotel rooms we ever stayed in. The check-in was flawless, Room Service very quick and of a very high quality food, House Keeping team always perfect. We are very grateful to all Park Hyatt Milan team for a very special treat during our anniversary. Can’t wait to comeback!

Perfect stay
Our stay at the Park Hyatt Milan was a perfect ending to our trip through Italy. Location, room conditions, and services were impeccable. We were so fortunate to meet so many friendly, warm, and hospitable Italians on our trip, especially at the Park Hyatt. Definitely recommend the Park Hyatt Milan if you are planning to visit Milan.
