I suffered a harassment situation with the person who takes the bags to the room, who worked at the hotel. One day I returned to my room early in the morning, he knocked on my door, offering me water and asking me when I was leaving because he wanted to give me a gift. I went to sleep super insecure and scared. The next day he started sending me several messages declaring himself, saying that he really liked the way I spoke, that I walked, that he felt like I was an angel in heaven the first time he saw me. I told all this to the hotel, who never got back to me.

For 300 euros per night, my final conclusion is that what you get, is not what you are paying for. Hotel furniture is outdated. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bed to rest, with a beautiful terrace but it had no kettle or coffee machine. Some Lamps were not working. 2 times our keys did not work. Breakfast was one of the worst i had in all my years of traveling. Excellent location, hair products and blow dryer. However I regret to say that next time i will pick another hotel because it is expensive for what it offers.

Good quality hotel. Very central to key locations like the Duomo, luxury shopping, cool eating spots, generally good place to stay. Downside is kitchen is closed on Sunday. I’ve never heard of such a thing anywhere in the world. Watch out at checkout. We were told at check in we were being given a complimentary upgrade then at checkout out the guy wanted to charge for the upgrade. Overall worth a try and good for short stay.

35 year ago I vistied Sina de la Ville for the first time and subsequently stayed there more than 60 times. Also my latest visit was most enjoyable based on an excellent and very friendly welcome and service, both at the reception and the restaurant, the pleasant rooms and the locstion, close to San Babla with easy access to Linate airport and Duaomo and La Scala. Mille grazie!

Great hotel in perfect location. Breakfast was plentiful and healthy, however restaurant was very busy. Rooms were large and very clean, and the service was what you would expect from this type of hotel. Would definitely stay here again when travelling through Milan and will stay at other Sina hotels in Italy based on this experience.
