A chic centrally located luxurious boutique hotel with stylish decor, an intimate feel, and super comfortable beds and linen . Daniele the concierge was a life-saver, especially in helping us get in to see The Last Supper. We were traveling with our adult daughters, one of whom had her dog, and Daniele made our stay warm, convenient, and just wonderful. My husband and I had a spacious and luxurious room with views directly on to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and each of our daughters had charming rooms. A stone's throw from the Duomo, the hotel is easy to walk from to nearly all the sites and restaurants we wanted to go to. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay. The accommodation was all I expected but the staff made the experience for my work colleague and I exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble including ensuring that some items I had inadvertently left behind, were packaged and collected post my departure. The perfect location to have a little bit of adventure in between work commitments.

This hotel was great. It was centrally located to the galleria and Milan cathedral. Ricardo was kind enough to upgrade our room which had an amazing view of the galleria. The hotel was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again when in Milan.

Sadly we will be checking out of The Gray Milan tomorrow - it has been a fantastic stay here, and we would definitely stay again, and recommended to friends. The staff are so friendly and helpful – we are really enjoyed talking to them and they have been so helpful and attentive. The location is spectacular – we walk out of the hotel front front door and have a view of the Duomo. You couldn’t ask for a better location The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and full of all the amenities you could want. Our room has a view of Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel II which is gorgeous. They have a small bar downstairs, and a cozy place to enjoy breakfast. When it rained, they had umbrellas for us to use. This was our second visit to Milan, and we would definitely stay at this luxury hotel again next time.

Very beautiful location close to the Duomo, food and shopping. The hotel was very clean, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The inside was quiet and, despite being on a busy pedestrian street, the majority of the outside noise was blocked due to good sound-proofing. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Only criticism - the wifi did not work well. If you don't have a working phone and depend on wifi to do most of your communicating and planning, this was slightly inconvenient. Otherwise a perfect stay!
