Text: The hotel is well placed to take in Milan, and for this reason it is actually expensive for what you get. We booked a balcony room and the balcony is about 2.5 m wide with 2 chairs and a table that you can't really sit comfortably at, but the photo doesn't really show that, so a waste of money. The rooms itself was also very dated, and needs to be renovated. The switches are very shabby and feel dirty but I suspect it is just the plastic breaking down. The breakfast is average, though the staff were really friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were at best polite though had nil personality and certainly didn't create a warm feeling of welcome. All in all we wouldn't recommend the hotel for the price, as AUD$800 was really just for location. I think a refurbishment is needed but it served as a great location to explore Milan.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location - shopping, dining and sights nearby. The room was bigger that what we are used to in Europe. Rain shower was excellent but no bathtub. Breakfast very good: staff were helpful. Very clean. Rooftop bar is a nice place for a nightcap but drinks can be pricey.

We arrived by taxi from Linate airport--about 30 Euros. Our room was ready on time. We had reserved a junior suite, located on floor 1 (actually second floor). We appreciated the extra space and large bathroom. Bed was somewhat firm. Room was very clean. We heard very little sound from outside-even though there are two tram lines just outside, as well as the entrance to METRO. The location is a close walk to Duomo and La Scala, as well as a nearby shopping area, and in the other direction, the University with neighborhood restaurants. Breakfast, on the same floor as our suite, had lots of fresh items and attentive service. Special thanks go to Mark, who is an excellent concierge. He provided great restaurant recommendations and helpful travel advice. The overall feel was of a high quality business hotel, with friendly personalized service. This is an I Prefer hotel, which is worth joining for the benefits. Recommended for convenient, comfortable and affordable stay with friendly personalized service.

Absolutely brilliant service anything you ask for is no trouble for the staff from opening a bottle of wine in your room to recommending which sites to visit and when and all done with a smile on there faces, Everyone spoke better English than me which helps (I try to speak Italian but only know the basics)Everything about this hotel is amazing food rooms, service, roof top bar I could go on and on but made our stay in Milan the best

Really liked this hotel in the very center of Milan. Booked a junior suite which gave us plenty room for 3 adults, furnishings were modern, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom huge. Rooms were attended daily and bottles of complimentary water provided. Breakfast was excellent, fantastic amount to choose from and the roof top bar very, very cool. Metro and tram lines literally outside the door. You can hear some noise at night especially at a weekend but it's central Milan so you need to trade that off, didn't bother us at all and slept very soundly every night. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful we would definitely return.
