This is a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. We tried the main restaurant and the pizza restaurant and they were both good. The bar is excellent, if you are amenable to such things. It has an excellent location if you want to be in the heart of Milan. A couple of minor niggles: the housekeeper forgot to leave us fresh facecloths once. We asked at reception for two to be delivered, but they did not appear. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The bacon and scrambled eggs were lukewarm on both occasions we tried them. Not very appetising. But thank you to the stalwart door staff who were unfailingly courteous and helpful keeping us protected from the rain. Still, these were only minor issues and we’d recommend the hotel to family and friends. A as

The Hotel is small but has everything 4 places to eat and a great bar Only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo so central and good All the staff are friendly The breakfast is wonderful and a wide choice The upmarket restaurant is good but not expensive with a huge selection of wines as on the bar The concierge is helpful and recommends he places to visit before the crowd. Well recommended

The location of the hotel perfect , less than 3 min. To dumo square , the puffet is limited , clean and high security , the valet parking about 65 € per today I think too much , My room with small terrace and normal view , I will visit this hotel again.

The hotel was in a great location, the room was spacious and up to date. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful (Sharon checked us in). We loved that they had candy in the lobby, which we ate every time we passed through the library. The breakfast was the biggest selection we had in Italy.

Great hotel recently renovated .Fantastic location next to Duomo.nice room quiet with comfortable bed and nice shower.Great buffet breakfast that was included .Had a fantastic dinner in the small dining room.service good ,front desk polite and efficient.
