Casa Baglioni Milan

Casa Baglioni is a beautiful property in a perfect location. Some reviewers complained that there is no official lobby, but we found the living room/lounge atmosphere much more personal for a check in. Rooms were luxuriously appointed & extremely quiet and comfortable. David is a phenomenal concierge & had excellent recommendations for dinner. Daily breakfasts were excellent and we loved the roof top bar. The location can’t be beat for walkability, restaurants and shopping in Brera District. It is very quiet and safe. We will definitely hope to stay there again if ever in Milan.

An amazing location, staff and beautiful rooms makes this my new go to place in Milan. The rooms are beautiful, modern and tastefully decorated. We were in a suite with a terrace. Every detail is well looked after. The bathroom is well appointed in and the showers are amazing. Check in was seamless and unique. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful. It’s right in the fashion district and about a 5-10 minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria. The gym was well appointed. My only negative was the tasting menu with was good but a little long. Very much a St. Regis on a smaller more intimate scale.

Booked a 4 night stay with my wife. We chose this hotel because it's relatively small, looked comfortable with well appointed rooms and wonderful interior decor. We were not disappointed. We arrived 9 hours later than planned due to a flight cancellation. I called the hotel while at the airport in the US and spoke to Magdalena. When we arrived the next evening, she welcomed us, checked us in efficiently. Throughout our stay Magdalena 'went the extra mile' to ensure we were looked after, gave us recommendations, provided water and coffee and our stay would not have been the same without her. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a junior suite. The suite is spacious with lots of well thought out features. The abundant storage space is on one wall behind sleek fitted doors so it keeps the room looking tidy. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The bathroom The rooftop bar is a great space with excellent cocktails and views of the Duomo lit up at night. Breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide choice of meats, pastries, yogurts and bread as well as eggs, omelettes and other hot food, cooked on demand. The service was first class all around from breakfast, bell boys (Glenn and co), were efficient and always welcomed us back, great and informative concierge (David, Marco). The location is convenient for shopping, the Duomo, trams and buses around the city and the central station. We really enjoyed our stay and we will return on our next visit to Milan.

I wasn't at the hotel but we were at the rooftop bar. Nice views out across pretty apartments with plants for miles on their balconies. On top of that, one of the best Negronis I've had (the classic Milanese cocktail) ever. Definitely worth popping in for an aperitivo

Cannot understand what make this a 5 star and a member of the leading hotels of the world. No lobby, no bar, no sitting area, strange breakfast, they charge extra for everything. Trance concept of no front desk and just a person sitting in the lobby with an iPad if you have any questions. Rooms are nice , but the lobby between the rooms and the lift are like a 3 star hotel. It’s ok if that’s what you pay and that’s what you expect, but to pay nearly 1000 euro for such a hotel is a complete disappointment, never again!!!!!
