The Phister was pfantastic
Everything was perfect! The room was spectacular! While we had stayed at the Pfister a few other times, we felt we got the full experience this time. We dined at the Mason Street Grill, and the food was delicious! The wait staff was great and very attentive. I used the pool and was in awe of the panoramic views of the city. I also took a walk around the river & ended the walk at Lake Michigan. The weather was perfect. I felt completely safe. There were several weddings going on the days we were there, but we never felt the care the staff gave us was any less. We can hardly wait to go back again! So nice to see an elegant hotel still around & thriving! Highly recommend!

The Blue Lounge in The Pfister Hotel is fantastic!
We went to the Blue Lounge in The Pfister Hotel with family and listened to a fantastic jazz band. The atmosphere was beautiful, music was fantastic, and the wine list had lots of great options. It will be a regular stop when we are in the area!

Beautiful hotel, great amenities!
I’ve always wanted to stay here and a great deal finally made it possible. It exceeded my expectations in every way! The lobby is gorgeous, the view from our room was great, the Blu cocktail lounge was a fun place to end the evening. I was expecting the rooms to feel small and outdated but they are beautiful with a spacious bathroom. The fitness center was better than at most hotels—well equipped! I didn’t use the pool but went up to take a look—what a gorgeous view! Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back for another stay!

Perfection!
This is truly a GRAND hotel. Stunning artwork and decor. Outstanding service and amenities. Excellent restaurants and nightlife in Blu lounge and lobby lounge. Enjoyed the jazz and pianist. Great accommodations with very comfortable beds.
