Decent enough but the food situation was terrible. It feels like a hotel that was fancy in 1995 and has put no effort into keeping up.

Elegance, Art, and Exceptional Service at The Pfister
We stayed at The Pfister and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Every detail was handled beautifully—from the valet and bellman to check-in and the club lounge. The staff truly went out of their way to work with us and make our stay enjoyable. The accommodations were excellent, and the hotel itself is positively beautiful. One special highlight was the incredible collection of paintings throughout the hotel—they add so much character and are absolutely stunning. We would highly recommend The Pfister to anyone looking for a memorable and elegant stay.

Highly impressed with every aspect of our stay!
To start...the hotel is absolutely stunning! We arrived and the valet greeted us and immediately called a bell man to assist us with our luggage. The check in process was quick and informative, we were given a glass of champagne and escorted to our room. We travel with our small dog who was treated to a welcome gift bag of treats, toys, waste bags and a small bow tie collar. The room was beautiful and nicely appointed, the shower was phenomenal and the view of Lake Michigan was breathtaking. We had dinner at The Mason Street Grill and we couldn't recommend it enough, the food and ambiance were incredible, I highly recommend the spinalis steak! We finished our night at Blu on the 23rd floor for after dinner drinks, the view and drinks were both exquisite, what an awesome way to end our evening. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or staying in Milwaukee on business this Pfister is the only place I'd recommend.

What about the new tower
My husband and I stay at the Phister about 4 times a year. We have never gotten a room in the newly remodeled tower. Not sure what you have to do to get a room there.

Very charming Hotel
We had a very enjoyable stay for New Year’s Eve wedding. the staff and services were all fantastic, I love the history of the Pfister hotel, it really lived up to its reputation, highly recommend staying.
