Golden Time Capsule
If you want to go back in time (125 years ago to be exact) but still feel like it's present this is a perfect hotel to do so. Not only it is 360° gorgeous but the service level is top notch. Everyone was super pleasant, from front desk Ethan (hope I got his name right) and Mia to anyone I have interacted with I had the most pleasant experience. 10/10.

The Pfister is always a great experience. This time was memorable because of the staff. Casar and Grace in the lobby bar were gracious hosts and help made our time that much more fun.

Wonderful Weekend Staycation
My wife and I chose the Pfister as a weekend staycation and made the hour trip from Illinois. The hotel is beautiful, mixed perfectly with old world charm and modern comfort. We stayed in the tower signature king room on the 19th floor and had a stunning view of Milwaukee and Lake Michigan both! The food at Mason Street Grill was delicious and the service was great. The room service meals were both quick and delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The Well Spa is a must if you have time, pedicures and massages were exactly what the doctor ordered to round out the weekend perfectly. Make sure to have a drink at BLU before you go for an even better view of the city and lake.

A relaxing stay in a gorgeous piece of Milwaukee history!
Our stay was so amazing! Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, but it was a wonderful night! The hotel is stunning, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The employee that checked us in gave us complimentary club access when he learned we were celebrating a birthday. The glass of champagne at check-in was also a great touch. We're already planning our next stay - it may become an annual event!

Our suite was in the original part of the hotel, and it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had all of the amenities you need.
