Classy & Clean
Pleasantly surprised walking into the lobby, thought I booked the wrong hotel because it was a classy English retro feel to the ambience. Customer service was absolutely on point. First time ever receiving a text messages from hotel customer service asking if I needed anything and my experience after checking in. This was extremely helpful when I needed a new bottle of body wash. It’s a nice feature to have. The room was clean & nicely put together. Felt like I got what I paid for and wasn’t let down. Overall, I would stay here again. No doubt.

Golden Time Capsule
If you want to go back in time (125 years ago to be exact) but still feel like it's present this is a perfect hotel to do so. Not only it is 360° gorgeous but the service level is top notch. Everyone was super pleasant, from front desk Ethan (hope I got his name right) and Mia to anyone I have interacted with I had the most pleasant experience. 10/10.
