My favorite place to stay! The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. We enjoy the 23rd floor. Beds are very comfortable.

Mattress condition.
Very very poor condition of the mattress. Indentation when laying on it. Front desk was notified when we checked out and was going to let the Engineering Dept know. Empty water bottle under bed from previous guests.

Not Quite the Good Old Pfister
I have already written the reasons for my disappointment in the hotel this time. Not up to its usual standards in service. An alarming disruption by a loud knock on the door in the middle of the night--and a very nonchalant response when we reported this to the front desk upon check out.

Top notch classic hotel in the city!
My husband and I enjoyed our week at this Grand Old Hotel! Our little Yorkie was made to feel at home too, with a gift bag of treats, a ball and plush toys upon check in! Our suite was beautifully renovated 3 weeks prior and every piece of furniture was so well thought out. End tables have outlets at the bedside and in the sitting room. Lighting is optimal for night reading in bed. 2 huge flat screen TVs. Spotless bathroom etc…. The staff here are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Everyone asks how our stay is and what they can do to make it better! Not one thing! The food here is excellent, spa services superb, facilities top notch. For a hundred and 130 year old hotel, it is still a shining light!! The location can’t be beat too. You can walk everywhere and the concierge has wonderful restaurant recommendations. Nearby Zarletti’s was one of our favorites! We will definitely return to The Pfister.

It has been a week since our anniversary and we are still hearing rave reviews. Everyone thought the Pfister was beautiful, dinner was delicious and served efficiently. We can't thank you enough for your attention to details and calm demeanor. We had total confidence that the wedding would go on without a hitch with you at the helm. Thanks again for everything!

We give you a huge 10! The spa, where we had massages, is the best of its kind. The therapists are top notch, the ambiance is perfect, and the rooms wonderfully conducive to the best possible experience.
