Great Couple's Getaway
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate an anniversary. It was wonderful! Staff were warm, friendly, and the room was clean and luxurious. Dinner at Masa & Agave was delicious. We would happily stay here again!

Comfort & Elegance
Beautiful room, so elegant--very quiet and clean. Bed was super cozy. I loved the attention to detail throughout our stay, and a visit to Masa & Agave is a must--really great atmosphere. I recommend the fish tacos, cocktails were fantastic, and definitely get the churros!

The Ivy never disappoints. Such a great hotel and so well run. The staff is A plus. Rooms are fabulous. Food is fantastic. Location is great. Highly recommend.

Hot Mess
My room had a dirty tub. Like we are not sure what happened in it dirty. First they asked me if I did it. Then they offered me a credit and didn’t give me the credit at check out, they also apparently don’t “check out” they just charge you when they want after they leave. One day no one cleaned my room. My friend had her laundry poured into the hallway. I travel for business, most places are fine. This place is not.

Amazing stay downtown!
Absolutely the nicest hotel staff we have encountered in a long, long time. We live south and had a date night in the city for our anniversary, the staff greeted us with a welcome cocktail, and mentioned the anniversary, and later sent us a bottle of wine to the room. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the bathroom is really pretty. We didn't get to check out any of the restaurants or bars as it was a quick stay, but with amenities like a gym, full spa, we will be back for sure! There is a parking structure directly across the street for $7 that also had electric car chargers and was connected to the public transit metro.
