We had a great little overnight getaway for my husband's birthday with another couple. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a larger room due to my Marriott Elite status, and I mentioned that it was my husband's birthday. When we came back from dinner, there was a bottle of Prosecco on ice and a nice card from Daniel, the front desk staff member, wishing him a happy birthday. That was a very kind and personal touch. The hotel is centrally located near Nicolette Mall - lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. And there are bars/restaurants onsite as well. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Ivy for your next trip to Minneapolis.

Exceptional stay! Friendly and helpful staff was key in making this an amazing, fun and most memorable experience for a good friend and I who met here on a mini reunion getaway. MOST special thanks to staff: Kaysee, Mykey and Jondi! Dined in the hotel's speakeasy, Masa & Agave--cool bar but gets noisy later in the evening. Be sure to make reservations AND order the Passionfruit margarita (gorgeous and delicious). Loved my room with super comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom with shower --and my favorite luxury: a separate soaking bathtub. Didn't get to the spa this time. Will be back!

Most luxurious experience ever! Front desk was sooo nice and welcoming. Complimentary room upgrade. Then 30 minutes after we checked in they came up with champagne and dessert. What an incredible experience! Will be our go to staycation spot!

Finally found my new favorite hotel in Minneapolis, and hope to return soon. I went for a quick friends’ reunion and had a wonderful stay. The staff here are the best asset! They truly go above and beyond with extra special, thoughtful touches to make you feel like a valued guest, thereby making your stay even more memorable. Shout-out here to Kaysee, Mikie, and JohnD., who were really fabulous. Excellent service and hospitality. The view from my room was nothing to write home about, but it was more than made up for by how nice the room itself was: Tall ceiling, large marble bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, and perfect room temperature (a thermostat which worked well). Didn’t have time to check out the spa or fitness center, but we did have time to dine in two of the restaurants on premise and also enjoy room service to the third-floor open seating area.

This Hotel Ivy staff is focused on servicing the customer more than any hotel I've been at for a long time. Amazing front desk reception, made me and the guests around me feel special (special shout out to Daniel). Friendly housekeeping and door staff too. I stayed for just one night with my two adult daughters and we booked massage appointments at the Anda Spa. Each of us had a fantastic spa experience as well (shout out to David). Anda is known as one of the best spas in the Minneapolis/St Paul area and they did not disappoint!
