Fairmont Monte Carlo

We visited Monte Carlo to celebrate our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The check-in was smooth and friendly, and to our surprise, the hotel had arranged a beautiful cake and champagne in our room – such a thoughtful touch that made us feel special right away. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help. The location is fantastic – everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. A special mention to Amù, one of the hotel’s restaurants – it was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful evening there, and Anthony, our waiter, was exceptional – friendly, professional, and made the experience even more memorable. All in all, we had a wonderful time and left with such positive feelings about our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed at the Fairmont Monte Carlo for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and honestly had the most amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and celebrated – they had decorated our room beautifully, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. What really stood out was how personal everything felt. The team went above and beyond to tailor every part of our stay, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and never missed a beat. Despite being a really busy hotel, it runs like clockwork. Every team member we came across was warm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. And they truly did – even after we left, we received a surprise package at home with our framed honeymoon photo and a lovely message. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture. The hotel itself is stunning – the sea views are incredible, and the location couldn’t be better. We had dinner every night at Amù because we couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous view and amazing food. We also spent a lot of time at Nikki Beach – super fun and relaxing. We left feeling so grateful and would go back in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for somewhere special for a celebration, we can’t recommend Fairmont Monte Carlo enough.

Lovely room - liked the nautical theme. Staff was attentive and very supportive. Helped us get reservations and made our whole stay easy and relaxing.

1 night in this beautiful hotel ! Always a please, always good service , we have been upgraded to suite sea view due to diamond status without asking. Room is beautiful, huge, with all services from a luxury hotel - nothing to add. Breakfast is awesome on 7th floor! A good place to stay in Monaco !

Super rude valet workers, extremely thinking they can over run the customer experience, I strongly suggest management to give them a course of 5* service. Instead of being super rude. Stayed several times there and always same problems!!
