Nice hotel, great location
What I liked 1. As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a junior suite water front room, and was given a very nice fruit basket 2. The breakfast is good 3. The indoor pool is good for the cold and rainy days 4. Very nice private beach, which I did not get a chance to use due to poor weather during my stay 5. Nice coffee machine 6. a bidet in the bathroom 7. All employees are very friendly, professional and helpful What I did not like 1. 2 out of the 4 elevators were not functioning, and nobody was working to fix them 2. The Mediterranean Muse restaurant was closed due to the season, and the food in the main Belgian restaurant was a bit bland for my taste

4-star comfort with 5-star service
We came to the Meridien to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. It was the perfect choice! 4-star luxury with 5-star service. As we had a last-minute addition of our daughter's friend for the trip, the front desk staff was very kind and quick to assist. Ivan, in particular, was able to find us a second room in the west tower with an excellent sea view. And as would be expected, the concierge service was second-to-none. Every member of the concierge and bell staff were quick, courteous and very capable of making our stay something special. Aliosha in particular, was able to arrange us a great deal on rental of a convertible Porsche 911 Carrera for our drives up to Eze and Tete de Chien overlooking Monaco. Plus flowers from the in-house florist were gorgeous, personalized notes, chocolates and wine were delivered to the room, as well as restaurant reservations arranged by Aliosha (Avenue 31 was excellent!). Overall, it was a very positive stay. Our only critique would be the state of the rooms, as they are aging. Beds are comfortable but the pillows could be softer. Room service was quick to fix this, but there are obvious signs the hotel needs to update. But I must say, we've golden memories from our stay at the Meridien! Thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic hotel. I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions. I had a sea view on this visit which certainly made a big difference. The staff are always plentiful and very helpful. I lovely walk along the prom from the hotel with beautiful restaurants within walking distance.

Le Meridien Beach Plaza Monte Carlo- Great Location and Some Great Employees
Spent four nights at Le Meridien Beach Plaza in Monte Carlo as I was attending a conference. Overall this is a fantastic property. The location is perfect if you are attending an event at the Grimaldi Forum as it is only a five minute walk from hotel to venue. The property enjoys a private beach, and rooms that face the water benefit from the close-in lapping sounds of the water at night that my wife and I found great for sleep. Overall the staff in this hotel were excellent, although I did have an encounter with a concierge who handled a simple customer request in an entirely unprofessional and arrogant manner. Despite that one unfortunate interaction, I would like to recognize two staff members that really made our stay enjoyable. Operations Director Yara was exemplary in how she made us feel welcome and got us out of a time-critical transportation problem- thank you Yara for coming to our rescue! Also front deck staff member Laura was exceptional in her professionalism and customer service. Laura provided a wonderful guest experience at check-in, and all of our subsequent interactions were spot-on. Laura has that genuine-concern-for-the-customer attitude that is a joy to experience as a long-time member of Marriott's loyalty program. In closing, I strongly recommend Le Meridien Beach Plaza for your next visit to Monte Carlo and I look forward to returning.

Very Good 4-Star Hotel
This is a very good choice for staying in Monte Carlo, especially if travelling with kids, the rooms are newly renovated, there is a very nice beach with a beach café, two outdoor pools and one indoor. The breakfast has all you need, and the Muse pool/beach restaurant is the perfect place for lunch and to hang out in the afternoon. Walking distance to the Casino area, wallet parking and a public parking building next door. On top of that the hotel has surprisingly friendly and professional staff. The hotel does have some decoration/design flaws that will hurt your eyes, like the lifts for example, but that is really a minor detail, it’s all together a very good 4-star hotel that has all you need.

"I just returned from a Luxury Link vacation and it was, in a word, amazing. My girlfriend and I took a Radisson Seven Seas Mediterranean cruise with an additional stay at Le Meridian Beach Plaza in Monte Carlo. Everything was perfect! The cruise was fantastic, the service outstanding and the ports of call ideal. The hotel was in a convenient location, delightfully maintained and exactly as described on your website. This trip turned out to be one of our favorite vacations."
