Breakfast, room size and location are the only things worth staying at this place. Everything else, especially house keeping, attitude of front desk, furnishings in room are just disappointing. Checked in late at night around 1 AM only to find out room was not cleaned. There were used towels and coffee cups in room. Front desk was nice enough to upgrade me but to my surprise, even that room was not clean. I had just finished a 27 hour flight and was so tired that I slept. I reported this issue next morning but the front desk just couldn't understand me and I left. They can definitely improve house keeping. You can see stains on couch, water droplets on table, hair on floor, no body wash in dispenser and no water in room. Breakfast was nice. Many options for vegetarians. Room size is very good across all categories which is a plus point. The location is nice as it's right next to a mall so there are enough opportunities for entertainment and shopping. Presently, the hotel is undergoing renovation at Lobby level so it's just very noisy. They have a nice gym too. Since, my experience was less than average, I checked out and cancelled my next stay. I won't be coming back anytime soon. The staff just didn't seem to care. While checking out, I saw a person behind reception casually whistling away loudly while doing his regular chores. I found that completely unprofessional.

Some of the best receptionist service I have EVER had a any hotel, more than anything the thanks goes to la señorita Marifer who was always on top of her game with hotel service and helped me make sure everything turned out good to make it on time for my Childs CRBA appointment at the American Consulate with reserved taxi services. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing caring staff from the moment you check in to the hotel. Buffet has a great variety of food, fresh fruit & omelette made to order. There is some remodeling going on, but the new rooms are coming out great! I’ve stayed here before in my past visits to Monterrey , and have noticed the improvement in the structure of everything !

Excellent service, other than that the room was very dirty, the carpet filthy, the windows and curtains had never been cleaned, the running water was rusty and dirty for 2 days, filthy hallway carpet, squeaky, noisy doors, not my choice for a hotel.

Our experience was terrible, but reading other reviews we are not alone. The heating in our room was not working, which made the room unbearably cold. This was eventually fixed. The shower had no hot water, this was NOT fixed despite repeated efforts by management. We were planning on staying several days, obviously we left after one night. Do not stay here.
