A great spot
This place is perfectly located especially if you are attending events at the Bell Centre only a 10 minute walk away. While there are some great pubs nearby , the in house restaurant Siam offers a great menu including good vegan options. Note the restaurant can be noisy in the evening if there is an event at the Bell Centre. Staff here are pleasant and helpful in both languages.

Great service
We had a great off-site meeting at the Warwick Le Crystal last week -- beautiful facilities, super staff, and great food. I'd especially like to mention the professional service and the quick and friendly help from André and Linda from the serving staff and Maxime Lefebvre and Melvin Mansuy from the banquet team. Thanks, too, to the others whose names I didn't catch!

Wonderful Montréal hotel
Wonderful weekend getaway. Great service from all staff members. Rooms are spacious and well maintained with plenty of closet space. Located just a short walk from st Katherine shopping district and the city top restaurants. Highly recommended.

The Crystal is the best hotel in the city to host a business meeting. The staff are so supportive and helpful…. Andre and Melvin tended to our needs efficiently and so welcomingly. Great Easter weekend
We spent a great Easter weekend at Warwick Le Crystal, having stayed there on many occasions. We prefer a junior suite, but when we checked-in we were advised that we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite. The room was spotlessly clean, very bright and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We wish to particularly mention Ariel who greeted us upon our arrival, parked our car and brought our luggage to our room. Ariel is very friendly and professional and a welcoming start to our weekend. Ariel is an asset to this hotel.
