Amazing and memorable stay at Baltschug. I stayed at 444, not the best number for Indonesian to stay of course. bad sign. However, My stay was exceeding every expectation I had before arrival. The room design is classic and timeless. 10/10 The view of the room, was great! Kremlin everyday. 10/10 The acoustic of the room was perfect. 10/10 The hot water! Excellent! 10/10 The location and its beauty was 10/10. I love its privacy and quietness (compare to other luxury hotels around Moscow which locate next to major road) Everyday Im enjoying Kremlin and the church bells everyday from my window. Amazing experience. I love Moscow because I stayed at Baltschug. And to add, Baltschug street also over amazing FnB restaurants. Just walk from the hotel and you will be pampered with so many options. Thank you Baltschug! I will come again, next time with whole family. Daniel Alexander

Trip from the airport to the hotel : easygoing الرحله من المطار إلى الفندق : سهله Reception and check in : fair service ‎الاستقبال : خدمة معتدله- متوسطه Brining Luggage to the room : quick جلب الأمتعة إلى الغرفة : خدمة سريعه Room : room space is good - the room is old - pillows are useless !! الغرفه : المساحة كبيره/جيدة - الغرفة قديمة - المخدات : مهترئة Room safety : weak, locks are weak and closed door can be opened with one strong push from the outside مستوى الأمان في الغرفه : ضعيف ، الباب يفتح من الخارج بدفعه قويه واحده bathroom : fair but has no lock- hygiene of toilet stuff is weak - no washing pipe الحمام: عادي ، لا يوجد قفل ، نظافة ملحقات الحمام ضعيفه ، لا يوجد شطاف Internet connection : weak خدمة الإنترنت : ضعيفة Room service : slow خدمة الغرف ؛ بطيئة Breakfast : fair and good options including halal section وجبة الإفطار : جيده و تتضمن اختيارات حلال Staff : nice and respectful in general الموظفين : لطيفين و محترمين بشكل عام Weather : way too cold to a person that lives in Dubai 🥶 -13 to -15 and windy at this time of the year الحالة الجوية : بارده جدًا ، مثلجة ، رياح Places to enjoy snow activities : way too far it takes more than an hour to reach , gotta book in advance and plan the timing of the trip prior to going الألعاب و الفعاليات الثلجيه ؛ تتطلب التخطيط و الحجز المسبق و يستغرق طريق الذهاب لها اكثر من ساعه Red square : nice, crowded الساحة الحمراء : جميلة و مزدحمة Restaurants and food : average and there are halal options المطاعم : عاديه و تتوفر بها اختيارات حلال Payment : accepting cash only الدفع : كاش فقط Raddison cruise : nice جولة القارب راديسون : جيدة Brought some pieces that sticks to the boots and gloves that keeps it warm and it works really good تم شراء قطعه تلصق داخل الأحذية و الجوارب كذلك قطع توضع في القفازات لغرض التدفئة : فعّالة و تستحق الشراء

I always prefer this place on business trips. location and view great. reception is always professional and relevant. breakfast is excellent, all restaurants staff are best. room cleaning is very good and rooms are well maintained.
