Check in/out was smooth and staff were candid,Room was large and nicely organized and clean with all necessary amenities,Bathroom also large in size with all good features/clean and nice amenities .Room dine in service was excellent and quality v good,Spa v good.Hotel is attached to a mall which is also have a lot of quality brands and restaurants/cafes also children’s play area.Hotel location is a plus.All in all our time was enjoyable as this was our first visit.

Great hotel. Best possible location of Moscow city. Both for leisure and business an ideal hotel. You come out of hotel and you are at Kremlin. It’s only 50 meters. Gum the best shopping mall experience is only 10 minutes pleasant walk. You don’t have to cross any vehicular traffic. It’s all leisure walk. Across the road is an underground market for small shopping.

The location is amazing. The staff is very welcoming & friendly - the hotel is recent and you absolutely do not fell that it needs a refresh. The room are wonderful, very well equipped, and absolutely comfy. The only thing is about the breakfast which is very (too) simple, I would recommend to not have breakfast at the hotel.

Incredible stay in the very heart of Moscow ! The amazing room, the quality of the food for in-room dining and breakfast, the attentive service, the massages at the SPA, the gym and the pool ... woooow can't wait to come back !

we booked a few nights for celebrating my birthday in Moscow. Everything was on top level - check in, staff, services, breakfast. All requests were fulfilled within minutes, despite high occupancy of the hotel. Sparkling clean. Would love to come back and explore their SPA, as during this trip we did not have time for it.
