Dusit Thani Maldives

My wife and I have been to a couple of nice hotels before (Four Seasons, Jumeirah, LUX, Relais & Châteaux…) and we must say that at Dusit Thani, what astonished us the most was the service and the level of kindness from each and every staff member. Everybody made us feel like we were special guests, in a manner we’ve never experienced before. We wish to especially extend our heartfelt thanks to Gabey from the Market restaurant and Saeed, our butler. Whether it be at breakfast or at dinner, there was not a single time when Gabey did not go the extra mile to make our stay more perfect. His kindness, his unsolicited attentions, and his smile really touched us. He’s one of the most caring persons I’ve encountered in a hotel in my life. This was the first time I gave a hug to a hotel staff member at the time of leaving. Saeed, our butler, is an exceptional person. He was always immediately and readily available, making everything possible to accommodate our requests, and very funny. Thanks to Saeed, the only thing we had to think about during the day was at which restaurant we would eat for dinner. He handled everything else. This was the first time I gave a hug to a hotel staff member at the time of leaving. The incredible care we received from both Gabey and Saeed is the main reason we’ll definitely return to this hotel. We also want to mention Shahina, Chef Gayan, and Chef Atta, who were equally outstanding.

My family and I stayed at Baa atoll Dusit Thani Maldives from September 12th to 13th for one night. We were upgraded to an Ocean Villa, which was superb. The room was very clean, and everything I requested was arranged perfectly. The day we stayed was nice weather with room location we had sunny day and fun at pool in our room. We started our day with fantastic buffet breakfast at market with lots of varieties and thank Alex and team from the Market Restaurant for being so helpful with breakfast. We chose to have dinner at Benjarong because my family really enjoys Thai food, and it was delicious. My family and I truly enjoyed the meal. Thank you, Rungnapa and team, for your excellent service. For lunch at Seagrill, we ordered pizza and fish and chips, which were outstanding, and all our servers were excellent as well. Thanks to water sports team with our arrangement with Jetski and Fun tube. It was worth to spend all with full board option spend during our stay . I want to express my gratitude to Rishi, Riyaz, and Sakhaa from the airport staff for their assistance. I also want to thank you for the help by Alina, Shamoon, Sabree, Abbas, Shirhan, and Muhey for their assistance to the requests. Special thanks to our butler naan the service was remarkable from the beginning to the end. Very attentive and all our requests were fulfilled. Dusit Thani Maldives, thank you all for everything. My husband and i stayed at Dusit Thani Maldives from the 8th to the 12th of September, 2025. And we're so glad we did! This has been one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at with exceptionally beautiful villas, fantastic staff, top notch service and great food. Maldives is indeed paradise on earth and Dusit Thani celebrates this in every way.  The overwater villa is gorgeous- newly renovated, great aesthetic, spick and span! Compliments to the housekeeping and maintenance staff for the wonderful upkeep of these beautiful villas. The only downside- the bathrooms could use some more lighting at night. And the air conditioning could be stronger- it does get a little warm.  We would like to specially thank our butler- Saeed, who was always available over message and call to cater to our every need. He's extremely warm, good-natured, confident and helpful.  The market has a superb buffet breakfast- there's something for everyone. Chefs- Prakash, Mohan Singh and Rohit whip up the best food from eggs to waffles and pancakes to savoury items and pastries. Staff- Akram, Shazmin and Faisal are extremely warm and welcoming. The service is beyond doubt, some of the best in the world.  Thai food at Benjarong is authentic and beyond delicious! While Prang is always ready with a smile to take care of all your needs, Nok is fantastic at taking some of the best pictures. The location is idyllic, to say the least. Seagrill serves great lunches- the pizza, burger and maldivian curry are to die for. And our server Slyp almost became a friend by the end of the holiday.  Time slows down when you're at sand bar with it's expansive, unobstructed views of the Indian ocean, the massive infinity pool and DJ Waseru playing some great music. The bartenders are wonderful and Hanif is one of the best servers in the hotel.  The spa is super pretty and the therapists are skilled.  Last, but certainly not least- the dive centre- Ocean- is the highlight of the hotel. Xuebao, our scuba instructor was so patient with us- this was my first scuba dive. The house reef is great, with millions of fish and beautiful coral. There are multiple sites to snorkel at the property, and the dive centre has been instrumental in making all the water activities an unforgettable experience. We went for the manta ray excursion- the instructors were so respectful of nature and made swimming with these giant creatures a heartwarming experience.  All in all, Dusit Thani Maldives has been the perfect pick for our Maldivian vacation. We can't wait to return and make more memories.  Thank you guys! Keep up the good work. 

This was our first time in the Maldives, and I am so glad that we chose Dusit Thani. The island is filled with beautiful trees and flowers, which create a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We enjoyed every part of the island as we rode bikes to get around. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding. I had one of the best steaks of my life at Sea Grill, and I greatly enjoyed the Thai cuisine at Benjarong. This was one of the few resorts where I genuinely looked forward to breakfast every day because of how delicious it was. Not to mention, the ocean views from the restaurants were unforgettable. Located in Baa Atoll, this hotel has the best house reef I have ever seen. Snorkeling there every day and seeing all the colorful fish was the highlight of our trip—an experience I will never forget. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. The resort manager, Sabree, was wonderful in checking in with us daily to see if there was anything we needed. We truly felt their genuine care. A special thank you to Naan, who was so kind and helpful in welcoming us, arranging restaurant bookings, and coordinating different activities. This made our trip all the more memorable. We are very much looking forward to returning.
