Six Senses Kaplankaya

The service and personal attention provided by everyone from the Manager to the drivers was nothing short of amazing. This is by far the best Six Senses hotel we have visited (5) and we were unsure whether it would live up to the truly amazing experiences we have had in Zighy Bay, Douro Valley, Lamuu and Kokates Mansions. This really is the standard all luxury hotels should aim for. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure the best possible experience. Our GEMs were two lovely young ladies from Russia ….Anastasia and Angelica and their attentive boss Urg made our whole right night stay extra special. Our initial thoughts that the hotel would be too modern were quickly dispelled and we will definitely not dismiss other Six Senses hotels due to their modernity. As we said numerous times we intend to visit all the Six Senses properties as soon as possible . Bhutan and India are on the horizon. We can only hope the service can match that of the incredible Kaplankaya.

An amazing experience in one of the most beautiful resorts I have seen yet. The staff were amazing (thank you Taha and Bushra) and the attention to detail and support were top tier. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic escape.

We had a fantastic evening at Wild Thyme during our trip to Six Senses Kaplankaya, and what really stood out was the incredible service from Serkan and his team. They made us feel completely welcome and genuinely cared for from start to finish . You can tell Serkan leads with warmth and attention to detail and his whole team reflects that. Everyone we spoke to knew the menu inside out and gave us tasty recommendations that we might not have chosen ourselves, but ended up loving. Their knowledge of both the food and the wine was seriously impressive, without ever feeling overdone or too much. Dennis, who looked after our table, was lovely, attentive, and easy to talk to. Also the sommelier (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) really brought the evening together with thoughtful wine pairings that added so much to the meal. All in all, the food was excellent, the setting beautiful, but it was the people, Serkan and his team, who made the night so memorable. You are in very good hands here!
