The best hospitality experience I’ve ever had! The staff anticipated my needs at every step and made my stay absolutely exceptional. Special thanks to Lucy, Samrin, and Aishwarya — they are pure gold. Their care and professionalism made me want to return not just to India, but to this hotel specifically. Truly unforgettable.

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Mumbai for a weekend staycation to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and honestly, the whole experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the team went out of their way to make us feel special and completely taken care of. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned. They made sure all our Four Seasons and Sapphire Reserve perks were taken care of, and even helped me plan a bunch of surprises for my wife. Across two nights, we got four or five lovely surprises, each one creative and so personal. A big thank you to Mayank, Chinmay, and the rest of the team for being so warm and attentive. Also, a special thanks to your partner at ITC Grand Central for letting us use their pool facilities and making the stay even better. It was one of the most memorable weekends we’ve had, and we’re definitely coming back for more staycations at Four Seasons Mumbai.

We had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons Mumbai. From the environment and service, to the rooms and small details that made us feel that we had a personal connection with the staff. Breakfast was great and not overwhelming with choice which can sometimes be annoying. It was a great spread of different cuisines and choices that can suit anyone's appetite. Location was good and away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai, and with the airport transfer that we organized, it was a relaxing experience when landing and departing. Drivers were courteous and mindful of how they drive when traffic can be quite intense at times. Next time we visit Mumbai, the Four Seasons will be on our list as a must stay.
