Overcrowded Breakfast
It seems like the hotel was accommodating more guests than they could handle. Breakfast was overcrowded with being made to sit in the Juniper bar for breakfast with no cutlery nor service. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The front office executive, Asad, did not greet us as a Hyatt member nor did he send our bag to the room which we collected ourselves later.

Great place to stay in Mumbai
I have stayed at this location before and I expect the same level of service or better. In the past, I have received better service. The breakfast area was crowded and could have been better. Room was clean, the check-in / Check-out were swift and easy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Mumbai.
