One of my best stays till date in mumbai!!
Had a very pleasant stay, amazing hospitality would like to specially mention Rani at the front desk extremely helpful and considerate, Nikhil and Rajendra for constantly checking on me as a solo traveler and going out of their way to make my stay supper comfortable, Sourabh for recommending me amazing local cuisines and helping me arrange whatever I require during my stay and the concierge and bell service one of the best I have experienced in an mumbai five star hotels. I will never be searching for a better 5 star property in my future stays as I guess Grand Hyatt will always be my top preference and choice in mumbai!! Kudos to the management and their well trained staff, I guess happy staff reflects their amazing and splendid services.
