Great experience at Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residence
I was staying at this hotel for 2 days with friends. The rooms are very clean. They have added very nice furniture which makes the rooms quite cosy and definitely value for money. The hotel is in a quiet serene environment and no noise. The service from the security at the gate to the reception and the restaurant is top notch. They provide amenities in the room like bathroom slippers, toothbrush, shower cap and everything you can think of. I also love their laundry service very efficient. We were also served by amazing staff at the restaurant. Rajesh, Tejan, Druv, Roshan and Sohan did a very good job. They were efficient, attentive to details and were frequently asking if we needed anything the whole time. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend going there.
