Awesome experience
Location, view and all of the staff is very helpful. Check-in was very helpful. Lavnish was super informative and gave us a good tour of the property as well as the rooms. We ended up extending one more night.

We had the privilege of having my parents stay at The Oberoi, Mumbai for almost two months, and words fall short in expressing our gratitude for the extraordinary care and warmth they experienced. It was nothing less than home—only with the unmatched hospitality that Oberoi is known for. From the very first day until their departure, the team ensured every detail was looked after with genuine kindness and attention. A heartfelt thank you to Brandon, Becca, Jennifer, Jay, Shaunak, Natasha, and Chinna from the guest services, hospitality, housekeeping, and butler services teams, as well as Mallika and Ishita from the front desk, for always going above and beyond. Your warm smiles, patience, and constant support made all the difference. The restaurant and bar team deserve special mention as well. Niharika, Purvesh, Kumar ji, Lokesh, and Shankar made every meal and every moment feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where luxury blends so seamlessly with the feeling of belonging. Thank you for making these two months so special. The welcome arrangement at entrance followed by seamless check-in is highly appreciable. Moreover name of the Guest and room nos. in advance on whatsapp and availability of front Office personnel for resolving billing related query is excellent.
