terrible experience at oberoi
not able to sleep well even at oberoi not expected.I am going regularly and no special importance paid to us.Well,they pay to foreign guests but to us they ignore.

Awesome location, world clsss service
We have tried numerous places in Mumbai, but this hotel is 7* The staff are extremely polite and helpful Special mention to Richard the head chef, he went out of his way to prepare special meals for my wife who had just come of hospital and trust me whilst they were healthy they were really tasty, not boring food at all He always had a smile on his face from breakfast to dinner, and he ensured everything was done properly and served promptly - definitely a special man and worth calling out when you have meal in any of the restaurants esp Fennix for any special requests or even just for advice on what to eat . He would simply say leave it to me and would surprise us with some excellent dishes! After having one meal by him we ended up having most of our dinners in house and enjoyed a different type of meal every day. Also the in house menu is excellent! Once you in the Oberoi u can’t more or less have all types of cuisine in house with the best of hygiene & taste!

Top-notch, personalized service
Wow! What a hotel and fantastic service. From the personalized check-in directly in my room to the staff remembering my room number at breakfast, this hotel does everything right. The room was extremely comfortable, with quality bedding and amenities. The food in the Fenix restaurant and Vetro Italian restaurant was top-notch. (Next time I would like to try Ziya, their Indian restaurant.) The hotel also has a knowledgeable Concierge staff and extremely professional, friendly chauffeurs. The location is great as well, with stunning views of the Arabian Sea and easy access to other parts of Mumbai via the new coastal road.

Great experience and super customer service! The hotel management is doing a great job to care for the visitors and the team projects a great service mindset, from the cleaning to breakfast and to all restaurants
