Comfortable Stay with Thoughtful Service
Great stay overall with excellent service and very attentive staff. The chefs were especially helpful and accommodating. A couple of minor improvements could be made—more variety in the cold breakfast section, better humidity control in the room, and providing liquid handwash instead of bar soap. Also, offering a more discreet vehicle option for city tours would be appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a comfortable stay.

Most memorable day!
I planned my stay at the oberoi for my honeymoon first night. The staff handled everything in more professional manner , right from reservations, check in and many more. Mallika Dasgupta was of great support and help. I just gave her my requirement and she made sure that my stay at the oberoi will remain truly memorable. The arrangements that were done not only exceeded my expectations but also beyond my own imagination. Anybody willing their stay at the oberoi will have a hassle free experience.
