The housekeeping was impeccable and spotless. Anjali,Nitin,Abhishek,Gautami Did their job to perfection with attention to every detail. I booked a sea view room and was upgraded to a huge suite! It was one of the most lavish rooms I have stayed in Mumbai .

Taj Lands End will always hold a special place in my heart — it’s where I find true mental detoxification. Whether it’s the serene view, impeccable hospitality, or spotless cleanliness & food at Masala Bay , the experience always leaves a lasting impact. It’s not just a hotel for me; it’s my favourite escape. This time, we chose Taj Lands End to celebrate a very special occasion — my father’s birthday. I had always dreamed of having my parents experience this place, hoping they would love it as much as I do. I was a bit nervous, as this is one of those rare places where I spend without second thoughts — because every penny truly feels worth it. Like many middle-class families, staying at a Taj property was once a dream. But after our first experience, it became a preference, an addiction of sorts — nothing quite compares. My parents had visited other Taj properties before, but never just for a pure staycation. I wanted them to feel what I always feel at Taj Lands End. Thanks to Ms. Anjali Tiwari (our floor manager) and Mrs. Reetika (hotel manager), this visit turned into a beautiful and unforgettable memory. Their warmth, attention, and personal touch made all the difference. My parents were so moved by the experience that they’ve already expressed their desire to return — and they’ve been sharing their joy with friends and family. A heartfelt thank you to both of you for listening, caring, and making this stay so special. You’ve not only made my parents' birthday celebration memorable but have also inspired others around us to plan their own stays at Taj Lands End — to create lasting memories with their loved ones
