Amazing hospitality. The service is 10/10. The staff is very humble and very welcoming. Our dinner experience at masala bay was excellent. We were well hosted by Fiona, sunil , bambam and godson. Would highly recommend

I came in for my mother's birthday and the staff of Masala Bay was full of love and warmth to make the day memorable
I loved the people, the ambience, the food and if there is anything else which is likeable it's all liked by me! The food was amazing the staff was warm and cordial and special thanks to Mr Sunil for suggesting the menu Mr Bambam, Godson and Fiona for making our evening memorable

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Taj Lands End
What used to be one of Mumbai’s most reputed properties has sadly fallen to shocking lows. The service here is nothing short of appalling. Calls go unanswered, response times are painfully slow, and the overall food quality is just average at best. The reception staff are untrained, indifferent, and clueless about basic hospitality. The in-room dining service is careless and lacks professionalism. The duty manager, who should be accountable, is practically invisible — does not take calls, does not respond, and fails to show the slightest initiative to resolve issues. The only saving grace is the concierge team, who seem to be the only ones still upholding some standards of efficiency. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel runs with a shockingly callous attitude, which is unacceptable for a property that carries the “Taj” name. It’s clear that poor management decisions and negligent hiring practices have dragged this once-glorious hotel into mediocrity. The legendary reputation of Taj Lands End has been squandered. Unless there is a complete overhaul in staff training and management accountability, this property will continue to disappoint.
