Recent Visit From Nov 26th through Dec 11 2025.
I stayed for 14 days on the club level, primarily on floors 23 and 25. The housekeeping staff on the club floors—with the exception of the 25th floor—were excellent. Abhishek and Rahul from Marie’s team stood out for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. As older adults, we genuinely appreciated the grace, respect, and attentiveness shown by many members of the staff. Sharda, in particular, is very attentive to cleanliness, drinking water, and fresh fruit, and these preferences were handled with care and consistency. That said, I would not recommend staying on the 25th floor. Although it offers butler service, the overall experience there was disappointing and fell short of expectations. I would also like to offer some feedback regarding the club services. During the first few days of our stay, the service and engagement from the club staff were excellent. However, as we became regular guests, the level of attentiveness noticeably declined. I generally tip generously, but I was unsure about tipping expectations within the club, and this may have influenced the change in behavior. For us, navigating unspoken tipping expectations—and the impact it can have on service—was uncomfortable and difficult. Having traveled extensively in countries such as China, Korea, and Japan, where tipping is neither expected nor practiced, this dynamic was particularly challenging and detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
