We stayed at Taj Lands for a week in Jan 2026 and can vouch for an amazing time we had at the hotel. The hospitality was really amazing. I would specifically mention Rahul in Housekeeping who was the ambassador there and helped us in every way. Employees like him, makes a difference in the hospitality on a hotel.

Missing touches of a 5 star
We were here over the Easter weekend and the place was packed to the rafters. Some of the services just fell apart. The staff tried very hard to get things done but they were just slammed with the number of people and unreasonable demands of some of the guests. We had a club room. No welcome drink. We got split over two floors which was annoying. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Ac worked really well. No fruit basket in the room. Turndown service was odd. Slippers and water put on one side not the other side - bathroom not refreshed with clean towels. The morning team cleaned and made up the room really well. Always came back to an amazingly made up room with everything tidied up. Went for breakfast on first morning and there was a que of over 100 people waiting for breakfast. We went to the Club Lounge instead where we had a nice breakfast. The team were really apologetic about the wait time as the lounge was overrun with guests too. The all day beverages were nice. Cocktails in the evening were wonderful with a great view of the sunset. The hot food with the cocktails were nice. We enjoyed the club lounge. Now if you are in Club Rooms you have access to a roof top pool. Another thing no one told us. We did get there eventually and it was nice. The gym was good. Good equipment. There was other activities - pickle ball that was payable. The spa was great. I had the best pedicure ever. My wife had an amazing massage. But then they messed up my daughter’s massage session and the shave I had was below par. Concierge service was excellent. Helped me book restaurants in Mumbai which I was struggling to get hold off. Kept me informed about airport pickup. A special thanks to the team.

Horrible stay.
We were extremely disappointed with Taj Lands End Hotel. Firstly - the rook we booked a sea view was not given to us. Secondly - the room was a bridge view was was a sour site. Thirdly the service at the restaurant was so bad that I had to approach the manager to complain about us getting a plate of puri Chole that took over 45 pans the second plate took 30 minutes
