The hotel pretends to be a 5-star hotel but in reality it is not. Rooms are big but old, poorly furnished. Hot water in the show runs just warm in about 5 minutes! Waste of water! Services are extremely slow, be it room service, service at the lobby bar and etc. There are just 4 lifts for such a bighotel and you would wait ages for your lift. And unfortunately the room service staff isn't clean-living as I forgot a small jewellery bag in the room and of course nothing found and nobody called me.

Ashish and khushi were excellent in their service. They made us comfortable and made sure the meals were well prepared. They went over and above what we ordered or asked for. Needless to say they were truly exceptional for Taj hospitality. Would be back for sure!

Taj accommodated us to next week with our last min cancellation due to my kid's health. Thankful for the team to be understanding. Room was big, neat and clean. Food was good. Breakfast was crowded. Overall pleasant experience. My kid enjoyed a lot during sunset activities.

Really poor experience. Unclean room, breakfast a total debacle - can't cope with volume and food quality poor, unresponsive concierge and baggage service - unhelpful at best, laundry service not fit for purpose, Restaurant service poor and rude. A catalogue of issues and disasters. This is not a classy hotel. Neither is it 5 star despite having so much potential. This Taj property has failed. Avoid - spend your money at the Oberoi or Lalit.
