Every interaction reflected true hospitality. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jyoti, who went far beyond expectations. After learning that we were celebrating my mother’s birthday, she took complete charge from organizing elegant flower arrangements to perfectly decorating the room with personal touches that made the moment unforgettable. Arrogance at the highest level
The most arrogant staff in any hotel in the world . Iconic property, good rooms but people make or break the experience . The pick up service is great and driver knows the history of the city and half your city tour is done with him . Never go to the see lounge.
