Disappointed by Spa Service & Lack of Guest Support at an Iconic Hotel
Taj has always been a symbol of world-class Indian hospitality, but unfortunately, this stay did not reflect that. I sincerely hope the management looks into this and takes steps to ensure no guest feels disrespected or unheard. Overall, this hotel feels overhyped compared to the true Taj hospitality I’ve experienced in the past. Hope the management takes these concerns seriously and restores the service quality Taj is known for.

Fantastic stay
The entire stay was excellent , including the heritage walk . The room was comfortable , with professional and polite staff. We were made to feel special, right from the time we entered the property. The Harbour bar and the Loya restaurant experience was also fantastic.
