Arrogance at the highest level
The most arrogant staff in any hotel in the world . Iconic property, good rooms but people make or break the experience . The pick up service is great and driver knows the history of the city and half your city tour is done with him . Never go to the see lounge.

The best of the best
There is literally nothing like the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai. Every single detail was surreal to the point where we didn't even want to take a 20 minute walk out of the hotel so as to not lose time in the property. The utmost of professionalism from literally every employee. Prompt, clear, and uber professional responses to every request or question. If you've been, you know this already. If you haven't, do yourself a lifetime treat and stay here, even if it's just for a weekend. Top highlights were the in-house history tour, the pool, the live music on the grand stairs, the amazing food, and the perfect service at every turn. (I image that it's not easy to deal with the kind of clientele that come to the Taj, but the employees took care of everyone flawlessly.)
