The Taj Mahal Palace

I originally booked a room at the tower but got upgraded to the Palace. Oh is probably the best experience I had in my entire life is a wonderful facility. The entire team is very attentive and they go beyond their way to be helpful.

I had high expectations of the Taj Palace Mumbai being so iconic but from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left, it did not disappoint and I am so thoroughly glad we stayed there. From the moment we got there we were charmed by such lovely people and such a beautiful welcoming not mention making us feel comfortable with in-room check in and a butler to assist with our questions – after travelling it really made a difference. The moment you stepped in you know were in luxury. It is such a historic building with so much history and beautiful architecture and while have modern touches, the hotel has kept it unique feel and historic nature. And even though its connected to the TAJ towers, you feel like you have walked into a different space. We did the Historic Walking Tour of the Palace which was conducted by Newtown who had been doing it for 47 years – his knowledge of the palace and the history of it was outstanding and the tour was made even better with his witty repertoire, thanks Newton. The historic light display and show was amazing and a must see for Palace guests. We had exceptional food from Breakfast through to Dinner. Breakfast at the Sea Lounge was amazing and if that wasn’t enough their Sunday High Tea was exceptional. Dinner at the Golden Dragon was amazing, even considering we had a package, I pretty much had the best Chinese/Indian food ever and the waiter was so lovely. And then Dinner at Loya – OMG what can I say – the ambience first, but then the food and the way it was served etc – and the staff were so friendly. The taj place was definitely the highlight of our trip. Thank you team I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting here. Thank you team for making our stay so memorable.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Taj Hotel Mumbai – truly an experience beyond words. A special thanks to Chandrakant, who went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. He helped us with a room upgrade and thoughtfully decorated our room every day for my fiancée’s birthday. She was overjoyed and felt incredibly special throughout our stay. Thanks to Chandrakant’s exceptional service, we’re already planning to return every year. Highly recommended!

Had the most wonderful time over a 3 day stay, weather wasn't great but our stay was as always wonderful as always, from start to finish The staff are the most wonderful people from start to finish , they all make you feel great always smiling & greeting you, thank you all🙏

Our Stay at Taj Mahal Palace was very good. It was royal, and the property is so mesmerising that it takes to a different world. The expectation with Food was similar but that turned out to be not so good
