Taj Mahal Palace / Towers is my all-time favorite place to stay in Mumbai. The staff are courteous. The rooms are very comfortable. Food at the sea lounge with the sea view is amazing. Special mention to Prerna Khare for being an absolutely kind and helpful! - Sowmya Rajagopal

An Anniversary to Remember!
I had booked a room at The Taj, Mumbai for my parents 47th Anniversary and they had an incredibly comfortable & lovely time. I must say thanks to Mr Sandeep Ghuge from the Taj team who took care of my parents very well. He went out of his way to ask for pictures to decorate the room as well as take pictures & gift them cake on their arrival. All the above deserves a 5-star rating :) A big thanks to all the members at The Taj and Mr Sandeep as well.

Worth it. Best hotel in India.
We had only 1 night to enjoy this amazing hotel for my birthday. It was well worth it. The service is amazing as is the hotel. They decorated the room for my birthday which is something I will never forget. The pool and spa is amazing as are the views from the top floor Restraunt. No complaints. Everything was perfect. And I am very grateful as my son was not feeling well the next day and our flight didn’t leave till late at night. The manager arranged for us to stay with a late check out. This is something that was extremely helpful for us and really helped my son. I wish the service in Australia was this good. Even you don’t have time to stay at least go and visit this amazing hotel. A special thanks to Rahul Bhadane and his manager for making everything perfect for us. It is a birthday I will never forget.
