10/10!!!
Had a fantastic stay the the TAJ this week. From the check in to the stay and the check out, the hospitality and overall experience was incredible!! Every spot we went to we were greeted with outstanding hospitality. From Nikita at Aquarius, who went above and beyond to give us special seating. To Anuradha at Loya who made fantastic cocktails and also went the extra mile to make me an extra yummy jalebi, since I LOVED them. Akshay at Sea Lounge made our breakfast incredibly memorable and the historic tour with Newton was exceptional. Faiz at the reception always checked in and ensured we had a great experience. We loved the property, the history and the architecture, the Indian traditional hospitality was genuine and heart warming, Will 100% be back!!

10 out of 5 it was the most over the top, beautiful hotel. One of the best hotel experiences. The service was impeccable. The decor was opulent, It reminded me of colonial India. The staff was amazing. I got injured while I was in India and they took care of me and sent up things to my room to help me they must’ve checked on me five times in a couple of days. The amenities were great. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. If you go to India and especially to Mumbai, you have to stay at this hotel.

Short And A Memorable Stay
Excellent hospitality and the housekeeping and butlers team is very prompt. Thanks to Atharva from butlers for helping me with my last moment stuff and getting it cling wrapped. Special thanks to Rushik and his team for helping me get a room at the time of need and difficulty and a big thank you to the entire team. Thanks to Chef Rashmi for hospitality throughout my breakfast. Wishing all the best to the staff for all future prospects.
