The Taj Mahal Palace

We checked in the Taj Club Room (Sea Facing) at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai on 9th for one night to celebrate my 50th birthday. Ms. Jyoti Gupta (Guest Relation Manager) ensured that the room was ready decorated with balloons, a sweet chocolate cake, bouquet of flowers and a Greeting card. It gave us a very special feeling for the day and made us feel personal throughout our stay. We enjoyed High Tea at The Club Lounge and then the Cocktail hours at The Sea Lounge. We did enjoyed a drink late in the evening at The Harbour Bar (one of our favourites). The hospitality made us feel as special guests by the floor attendants Mr. Manoj and Mr. Harshad. The interaction with both of them was very homely and the memories will remain forever. We will surely visit again soon to experience the Suite Room.

The rooms are exquisitely appointed, blending classic charm with modern comfort, and many offer breathtaking views that elevate the experience even further. Every detail—whether in the dining venues, the tranquil corridors, or the beautifully maintained common areas—reflects a deep commitment to excellence.but some small point want to highlighted front office doesn't have information about what's events going on on the rooftop restaurant which one they told us we can go for breakfast but we didn't go because no one know some events going on. And for our transfer no one informed to the driver we have a two destination he didn't know when we catch the transfer we inform to the driver we will go to different destination office transfer. but room service was amazing.Wasabi restaurant such an amazing restaurant you can try Japanese food

A beautiful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the wonderful Taj Mahal Palace. It felt like a haven of tranquility in the centre of the mayhem that is Mumbai. Service as ever was quite superb, and couldn't have been more helpful I travel a lot to 5s tar hotels and The Tajis one of. the very best and always a delight

Beautiful hotel -one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in- amazing staff and wow such a beautiful building - great restaurants and a wonderful room in the Palace wing - counting down the days until we stay again in March !

Mr. Sandeep Ghuge from the Housekeeping department was extremely supportive and went went all out of his way to make our stay a comfortable experience. truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
