Perfection
As the Taj of Mumbai is synonymous with splendour and grandeur, it goes without saying that our expectations were enormous. The fact that this hotel not only satisfied all our preconceived hopes but far exceeded them is testament to how great this hotel is. Everything is perfect and the small attentions to detail set it apart from other great hotels we've been lucky enough to stay at. We will try and return.

Our return visit...like a 2nd home in Mumbai India
We have stayed many times and even celebrated a major birthday with friends from around the world in March 2025. This return visit once again exceeded our expectations. The hotel in every way cannot be faulted. It exudes luxury, opulence, while being so relaxed and comfortable. Its positioned in a very historical part of Mumbai but really you almost dont want to leave the hotel. The staff are so friendly, engaging and courteous; their total focus is your best customer service. In saying that Sweety from Aquarius was a prime example of truly caring special customer service she remembered us from our last visit and even organised a cake for my partner's birthday, Sweety represents the heart of care at the hotel.

Another amazing stay at the Taj
Once again, I had an amazing time, this time with friends who loved their whole experience of India, topped by our final 3 nights at the Taj. This was the highlight of our holiday where we could relax and enjoy all that the Taj had to offer, before flying home. We loved the pool, the jacuzzi, the e-carriage ride, the tour of the hotel given by the amazing Newton. The Taj never fails to impress and I look forward to staying with you again.

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at The Taj Mahal Palace, and it was truly magical. The staff went above and beyond to make his day special, surprising us with beautiful room decorations and a delicious birthday cake. Every interaction was defined by the legendary Taj courtesy and service—truly top-notch. It wasn't just a stay; it was a memory we will cherish forever. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
